Some of the Initiatives and Landmarks of Provincial Development Strategy under his incumbency as Provincial Governor of Zamboanga del Norte (2013 to present):

 Constructions of roads and bridges in various municipalities and cities in the province.

 Construction of Roxas Boulevard in Roxas, Zamboanga del Norte.

 Identified new eco-tourism sites-PCC Lake in Kalawit; El Paradise River in La Libertad;Payag River and Palanca Case in Manukan, Lipay Falls and Tabon Beach in JoseDalman.

 Conducted various trainings and seminars such as Ice Cream and Herbal Soap Making,and Banana Ketsup and Buko Pie Making

 Granted Scholarship to numerous students under the Provincial Youth Scholarship Program. Many of them have now become professionals.

 Installed potable water system in various municipalities in the province. Electrification of remote barangays in the province.

 Established Ayuda Medical s Barangay. Granted health coupons for free medicines andmedical services. Conducted medical and dental outreach program.

 Granted financial assistance to underprivileged Zanortehanon.

 Initiated the “People’s Day” every Tuesdays and Thursdays where the ProvincialGovernor’s Office is open to all concerns and needs of different municipalities and cities.

 Recognized as the Most Outstanding PESO and Best Job Fair Implementer.

Initiatives and Landmarks of City Development Strategy under his incumbency as City Mayor of Dipolog (July 1998-2007);

 Smooth transfer and relocation of hundreds of families of costal squatters to pave the way to the Foreshore Development Project of the City Government of Dipolog.

 Construction of Relocation Village and Establishment of facilities such as concrete roads, electrification and street-lights, water system, health station and school buildings for coastal squatters in Laoy, Olingan, Dipolog City.

 Construction (1st Phase) of the Dipolog Boulevard from Central Barangay-portion of Miputak.

 Major horizontal and vertical structures transforming the City of Dipolog from rural tour ban development picture.

 Opening and concreting of new major road networks, streets and thoroughfares within the City of Dipolog.

 Construction and establishment of major bridges connecting new roads to declog the traffic of the City.

 Introduction and intensification of cleanliness drive and sanitation campaign around the City through purposeful implementation of Ordinance 123- City Sanitation Code.

 Construction and expansion of the Dipolog Integrated Bus Terminal for the North-bound and South-bound bus operators.

 Construction and concreting of various drainage canals, waterway holes and sewerage system in the City to prevent floods during heavy rains.

 Construction and landscaping of beautiful City Rotund with overflowing waters and colorful lights that serves as City’s welcome landmark.

 Construction of the Dipolog City Fish Port to provide fish product facility and coldstorage in the trading of fish and shellfish products by the fisher folks and fish traders.

 Developed Food Security Measures through enhancement on agricultural production and establishments of Demo-Farms.
